One call or a short form online and an advisor's in your diary, not a call centre's. There's no charge for the visit and no obligation to buy anything once they're through the door.

Your home visit
We bring the range to you: real fabric, real slats, real wood, seen in your own light rather than under a shop's spotlights. An appointment takes around 30-45 minutes. Allow longer for bays, multiple rooms or shutters.
Your advisor measures every window while they're there, so nothing needs revisiting later.
A survey, if your product needs one
Shutters, tracked doors and anything measured against a tricky bay or a conservatory roof get a short follow-up survey. A specialist checks the frame itself, not just the plaster, before anything goes into production.
Standard roller and Venetian blinds skip this step. Your advisor tells you upfront whether yours applies.
Into production
Your order moves to our production team, where it's made to the exact numbers taken in your home. Nothing comes off a shelf.
Roller and Venetian blinds are usually ready in two to three weeks. Shutters and larger orders take a little longer. We'll call once a fitting date's ready to arrange, rather than leave you checking your inbox.
Fitting day
One visit. Your fitter brings everything needed and clears up before they leave, so there's nothing for you to sort out afterwards.
A single window is usually done in under 20 minutes. A full house of blinds takes a morning. Shutters and larger jobs are scheduled by your surveyor and may need a little more time.
Guaranteed after the fitter's left too.
Every blind and shutter we fit is covered. A sticking slat, a stiff cord, a control unit that's playing up, our customer care team deals with it. You won't need to dig out a receipt to prove you're a customer.
